Is this email signature generator really free?

Yes — completely free, forever. No sign-up, no watermark, no premium tier. It is our free tool for the community; we make our living from Taqeeq e-signatures, not from this page.

Is my data uploaded anywhere?

No. The generator runs entirely in your browser — your name, phone, email and logo never leave your device. There is no tracking and no analytics on the form fields.

Does it work with Outlook, Gmail and Apple Mail?

Yes. The signature is built with email-safe HTML tables and web-safe fonts, so it renders correctly in new Outlook, classic Outlook, Outlook for Mac, Gmail and Apple Mail. Step-by-step setup instructions for each client are above.

Why does my logo disappear in dark mode?

Transparent PNG logos can vanish against dark backgrounds in some email clients. Use a JPEG (or PNG) with a white or solid background for best results — you can check both modes with the Light/Dark preview toggle.

Can I use a signature like this to sign contracts?

An email signature is just contact info — it is not a legal electronic signature. To get contracts, NDAs and offers legally signed online in the UAE, use Taqeeq: upload a document, send a link, and your client signs from their phone with a full audit trail. AED 30/month, unlimited documents.
