Sign contracts in minutes, not days

E-signature for business in the Emirates. Upload a document → send a link → your client signs from their phone. No printer, no scanner, no couriers.

E-signatures are recognised in the UAE under Federal Decree-Law No. 46 of 2021 on Electronic Transactions

Taqeeq is an electronic signature platform built for businesses in the United Arab Emirates. You upload a PDF or Word contract, place signature fields, and send a link — your client signs from any phone or computer, with no account and no app. Every completed document includes an audit trail recording who signed, when, and from which IP and device. The interface and signer emails work in English, Arabic, Russian and 12 more languages, and data is hosted on servers in the UAE. You can start free (3 documents a month), and the Company Unlimited plan at AED 700 per month covers your whole company — priced per company, not per user, with no envelope caps. E-signatures are recognised in the UAE under Federal Decree-Law No. 46 of 2021.

FAQ

Is it legally binding in the UAE?
Yes, for most commercial contracts. Simple electronic signatures are recognised under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 46 of 2021 on Electronic Transactions and Trust Services, and every document ships with an audit trail (who signed, when, IP, device) as evidence. Exceptions that still require wet ink or notarisation: notarised documents, real-estate title transfers, family-law and inheritance matters. Taqeeq is not a TDRA-licensed Trust Service Provider and does not issue Qualified Electronic Signatures (QES). This is information, not legal advice.
Do signers pay or register?
No. The signer gets a link, opens it on their phone and signs. Free, no account, no apps.
Really unlimited? What's the catch?
No catch: Company Unlimited gives unlimited documents, signers and users for one company-wide price. DocuSign charges per user; we don't — we carry none of their sales and marketing overhead.
Where is my data stored?
On our servers in the UAE. For companies with special requirements we offer on-prem installation.
How is Taqeeq different from UAE PASS?
UAE PASS is the government digital ID: free, but every signer needs an Emirates ID and the app. Foreign clients and overseas counterparties can't sign with it. Taqeeq works for any signer with just a link, and adds business workflow: templates, multiple signers, reminders and an audit trail. In short: UAE PASS for government services, Taqeeq for your clients.
How do I cancel?
One click from your account or an email to support. No calls, no retention scripts.
